Lutheran Woman Today

Lutheran Woman Today, the magazine for Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, offers an exciting mix of faith-in-life articles, theological reflections, devotions, and human-interest stories of comfort and challenge that lift up the mission of Women of the ELCA: to mobilize women to act boldly on their faith in Jesus Christ. You'll look forward to each issue as it helps to illuminate the path you travel as a person of faith and connects you to women both far and near who share common threads of faith and commitment to building the kingdom of God.

Women of the ELCA

The Women of the ELCA site is set up in five areas: about us, what we do, news and events, resources, and get involved.

The "about us" section addresses the "nuts and bolts" of the organization: constitutions, structure, ways to organize, contact information, ways to give, staff information, and so forth.

The "what we do" section is organized around the purpose statement. This is a new feature that you may find particularly interesting.

The "news & events" and "resources" sections are self-explanatory, 'tho there's something new in the news section, too. It not only has news about Women of the ELCA but also includes news on global women, other women's organizations, and our partners in ministry (such as Lutheran World Relief, LIRS, ELCA, Lutheran World Federation, and so forth).
