Thrivent Financial for Lutherans

A Member Authorization Form is available to download for your use if you decide to implement your giving plan through Simply Giving. Instructions for completing the form are printed on the form.

The MS Word form will allow you to complete the form and then print. The Adobe form must be printed out and filled in using a black pen.

Whether you choose the Simply Giving option or continue to give as you have in the past, We urge you to plan your giving according to Jesus’ master plan of giving:

"…more than anything else, put God’s work first and do what he wants. Then all the other things will be yours as well." Matthew 6:33
