Interfaith Housing Network at Holy Trinity
Volunteers
The IFHA utilizes the many talents of the members of the
participating church synagogues in providing the services need to
see that the program is a success. Below is a list of the areas in
which we will need commitment from our congregation to meet the
needs of the IFHA in our church. In some cases there may be areas
where we can not or do not have the resources to meet a specific
need. In those cases "Buddy" churches or synagogues will step in to
provide the additional resources.
Coordination
- Volunteer to be our congregation’s Host Coordinator for the
month
- Volunteer to be the Supper Coordinator for the month
- Volunteer to be the Transportation Coordinator for the month
- Volunteer to be the Overnight Coordinator for the month
- Volunteer to be the Child Care Coordinator for the month
- Volunteer to be the Linen Laundry Coordinator for the month
- Volunteer to be the Supply Coordinator for the mont
General Volunteers
- Volunteer to cook and serve the supper meal once or twice
during the month
- Volunteer to provide transportation for guests two or three
times during the month
- Volunteer to sleep overnight two or three times during the
month
- Volunteer to assist with children one or two evenings during
the month
- Volunteer to launder sheets and towels once during the month
We need to establish a volunteer pool of those who wish to serve.
We are in great need of Overnight and Transportation Volunteers.
