About e-Giving at HTLC Online

With e-Giving at HTLC Online…  Holy Trinity is now able to accept your credit cards and debit cards for offerings via the website.  If your card carries the VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER logo you can process your offering online.

With e-Giving at HTLC Online … Holy Trinity is now able to process an e-Check payment online.  Yes, you may now provide the routing number and account number from a check and an offering will be electronically withdrawn from your checking account.  No need to write a check, address an envelope or lick a stamp. (Great option, Holy Trinity is not charged a service fee for this transaction)

With e-Giving at HTLC Online … Holy Trinity is are able to process your one-time or recurring offerings.  (We’d suggest using our Simply Giving program if you intend to set up a recurring payment for your regular weekly or monthly giving. The cost associate with Simply Giving is a little more favorable to Holy Trinity than charges processed online.)

With e-Giving at HTLC Online … Holy Trinity is providing you with an easy option to contribute to the ministries that mean the most you.  You may make offerings to: Holy Trinity Ministries, Wider Church Ministries, Memorial Fund, Deficit Reduction, Parking Lot Fund, Congregational Fund or the Outreach Fund. 

With e-Giving at HTLC Online … Holy Trinity provides a confirmation page after every payment is submitted. You can print the confirmation page for proof of offering. You’ll also receive an email confirmation providing you supply a valid email address during the transaction.

With e-Giving at HTLC Online your transaction is safe!  … Vanco Services is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) Level 1 Compliant service provider. While PCI security standards were developed for the payment card industry, Vanco has taken the additional step to implement them across its entire e.service® line of electronic payment solution. 

FAQ about e-Giving at HTLC Online

How come I don't see the "https://" in the address bar when I'm processing an offering? 

Holy Trinity uses "inline frames" to include the encrypted donation page from Vanco in our website. An "Inline frame" is basically a page within a page. As you submit information you will be able to see the location of the encrypted pages by looking in the status bar in Internet Explorer.
 

I didn’t receive a email confirmation for my donation?

If you do not receive the email, it is likely that a spam filter in your email system blocked the automatic message. 

The email may have been moved to a "junk" email folder or similar folder if you have spam filtering turned on by your email software or spam filtering software.

The email may have been blocked by your ISP, if your ISP performs spam filtering.

Does Holy Trinity pay a service fee to process transactions through e-Giving at HTLC Online?

Yes, Holy Trinity is able to take advantage of discounted card rates when processed through Vanco Services. 

We pay a flat rate of 2.75% for VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER charges. 

We do not pay this fee when the offering is processed using the e-check payment option.
